Getting your body moving is a huge component of Whole Body Wellness and a part of a holistically healthy lifestyle.

A good sweat session increases endorphins (your mood), helps with weight loss and has a crazy amount of health benefits.

HIIT workouts are easy to do at home or anywhere with a little bit of space.  Minimal equipment needed and not a lot of time.

 

I have not been to a gym in over 13 years; since I became a mom.  I never had the extra money for childcare nor did I want to spend more time away from my kids when I went back to work.  I have been working out at home 3-5 days a week and getting amazing results using HIIT workouts.
